I agree that I am an authorized agent for this publication with the authority to commit to these terms and conditions.
I agree to place (1) one, 2 column x 3" or (1) one, 4 column x 1" ad once a week in my publication on our highest circulation day on pages 2, 3 or 4.
I also agree to supply a subscription or tear sheets of ads to be submitted monthly to Texas Hill Country News, 266 Verde Hills Dr., Center Point, TX 78010
I agree that if for any reason the above agreed to ads do not run in my publication I will either run it twice in one publication or twice in the following week or I will be liable to pay a $75 per week charge for each week that ads do not run.
It is also my responsibility to notify Texas Hill Country News if my URL (Internet address) or web site link should change.
I agree that these terms and conditions will be in effect for 6 months from this date and will be automatically renew unless otherwise canceled in writing 30 days prior to the 6 month agreement expiration.

In return Texas Hill Country News.com will display a link to your web site or contact information page on TexasHillCountryNews.com web site and agrees to promote your publication through search engines, directories and link pages that TexasHillCountryNews.com will be submitted to. TexasHillCountryNews.com will also be promoted in at least 10 other high traffic Texas Internet web sites.
